Educaiton should be accessible to people of all economic backgrounds. All levels of educaiton, from primary school to tertiary education, should be free. To what extent do you agree with this opinion

There is no doubt that
education
is vital to teenagers because they can expand their knowledge through it.
However
, I disagree that all
education
should be tuition exempted due the tax concerns.
To begin
with ,
citizens
have the right to learn in primary and middle
schools
regardless of wealth, but
people
should pay for university
education
. Here are my reasons.
Firstly
, universities and
colleges
are not necessary for all
people
because professional skills
schools
might be good choices as well. I believe that different
people
are gifted in different ways and we should exert our talents
accordingly
. Despite
colleges
having higher levels of
education
,
colleges
aim at
people
who are good at academics.
In contrast
, the skills
schools
focus on tutoring professional abilities,
such
as cooking and driving, which might be suitable for the group of
people
who are good at basic work.
Secondly
, it increases the financial burden on governments and
citizens
to cover all tuition. Unlike basic
schools
, universities usually request higher payments to students because of the excellent faculty and infrastructure.
Therefore
,
citizens
have to pay more taxes to support the program and the economic development may slow down that may derive from the purpose of the program.
Overall
, free tertiary
education
is not a beneficial policy to either
citizens
or society.
Overall
,
although
I am against free university studying because some
people
have better choices other than
colleges
and the concern of taxes, I support exempting tuition of primary and middle school learning since they are necessary to modern society.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
