While this development has some merits such as reducing air pollution and congestion, it can have demerits such as increased inconvenience in getting from one place to another. However, I believe the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

In many parts of the world, there is a growing focus on building houses, and these developments often come at the expense of a city’s natural habitat, such as parks and farmlands. While this can help address housing shortages and revitalize areas, the loss of green zones in cities can negatively affect the surroundings and people’s mental well-being. Therefore, it is a negative improvement overall.

This university provides some facilities such as Jobs Online, Planning tools, Career events, Work placements, CV & cover letters, psychometric test, interview assessments and one-to-one appointments. Even though, all the information provided on the university website is very clear therefore everyone can understand it very easily.
