The table gives information about the number of mobile phones traded in millions from 2006 to 2012 which are for 5 brands: Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola, and Apple.
Overall
, Both Samsung and Apple increased the number of items sold
while
others fell.
To begin
, Samsung had 117 million phones sold,
then
kept rising until it reached 396.5 in 2012 which was the highest at that time.
Next,
Apple had significant growth which was 2.3 in 2007, and it doubled the numbers every year and
then
ended up to 135.8 in 2012. Nokia,
on the other hand
, steadily dropped the numbers in 6 years.
Although
there was slight fluctuation above 400, it
finally
went down to 335 in 2012 which was a 10 difference from the initial figure.
Then
for both Motorola and Ericsson, they started at 210 and 74 respectively
then
experienced a steep decline and ended up at the same number which was 28 in 2012.
