People get reflections from their values. How far do you agree or disagree?

Looking out the window, I was doing nothing but thinking—no motivation to do anything. The phone started ringing.
Mr

, again. I took a deep breath and answered. Me: “Hello”
Mr

Challenge
: “Hi, I have some news for you. Me: “News?..”
Mr

Challenge
: “News... You will see. You will cry. You will scream because of pain.
However
, you can enjoy it
while
shedding tears on your face. All in all, it is up to you how to react to them.” I hung up the phone, wondering about what could happen. I had almost forgotten
this
call until the familiar voice was in my ears. “Gullola, no need for greeting. My time is short. Have you heard of the Cambridge Presidential School entrance exam with a 0.65% acceptance rate? And I want you to study there as we will be able to meet frequently there.
Otherwise
, we may not be able to meet up. Bye” I realized that without
Mr

Challenge
, my life would be reduced to mere existence—simply respiration and breathing.
Thus
, I entered that school with five months of preparation.

visited my new school almost every day. I welcomed him with a glow in my heart. His visits sometimes made me cry
due to
his harsh words.
However
, I knew that whenever he came, I learned something from him. I understood that it does not matter how harsh he seems; we must appreciate every valuable lesson he gives us.
Mr
. Determination was
also
one of the most intricate people in my journey. He taught me how to reach personal goals. He supported me in running competitions. He said, 'Don’t focus on your competitors. Focus on the finish line and run as fast as possible.' I recalled these words before the whistle
to begin
the track race. Girls were often physically stronger than me, but I won in every race. I am not afraid of these girls as long as
Mr
. Determination is with me. Allow me to introduce a lovely couple: Lady Kindness and
Mr
. Conscience. The former loves to help others and encourages me to assist people around us as much as possible. Meanwhile, the latter always insists on honesty in my actions, not only in front of others but
also
with myself. One day, as I was going home, I encountered a woman struggling with the ATM. She asked me for help. Unfortunately, I didn't
use
the ATM on my own, so I told her I didn't know how to
use
it either. I walked away, thinking about the possibility that I could
use
it.
Then
I stopped. She was still looking for help; she was surprised by my return. I said, 'I'm good with technology, so I may be able to
use
it.' It worked. She smiled. I told everything to Lady Kindness and
Mr
. Conscience.
While
Lady Kindness was euphoric, as I had been following what she taught,
Mr
. Conscience was exceedingly proud of me. They said, 'Your help may be small, but it reminds us of who we are.' I still remember the facial expression of that woman when I helped her. Her warmth kept me glowing for many days. It was a small help, but its effect on me was immense. I pondered what I would feel if I saved a person from death. What if I helped not only one person but the entire community? On that day, I found my motivation in
this
life. And it is seeing the smiles of the people I helped.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
