You are preparing an event in the countryside. Write a letter to your friend and ask for help with the arrangements. What the event is. Why the event is being held? What arrangements have already been made? How your friend can help?
Dear friend,
I am writing
this
letter to let you know that I'm arranging an event in my place, for the next week. I remembered that you are amazing when it comes to making people excited with whatever it is and, with that, you are my go-to choice when it comes to getting this
right.
This
event of mine will act like a boot camp of sorts for people around the neighbourhood. It is intended to give attendees some perspective and clarification about our role when it comes to trash recycling while
having some fun. Given that, in two weeks, the city hall will be evaluating citizens' recycling practices, I definitely believe this
event to be of utter importance; even more that it may result in a fee if they conclude that our practices aren't as desired.
It is important for you to know that I have already made some arrangements. I bought different types of recycling bins and cleaned up my front yard to act as our meeting place. Thus
, I'm hoping that you'll assist me in getting everyone's attendance. Your help would be much appreciated, I hope you can make it.
Best wishes,
Carlos.Submitted by Danarvelini
