The essay would benefit from more specific examples of the cooking done since the course, as well as a clearer explanation of how the course has impacted the candidate's cooking habits. Adding a closing statement summarizing the overall experience or restating the desire for a new course could strengthen the conclusion, as well as ensuring all elements of the task are completely covered.
