The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured
The diagram illustrates the way in which cup noodles are produced.
Overall
, there are eight stages in the making of noodles, starting with filling flour to the silo storages and culminating in labelling and sealing cups as the packaging. In the first stage of
this
process, the flour will be pumped by a truck to the silos before being put into a mixing machine alongside the combination of water and oil.
After
this
stage, the resulting mixture is rolled over by the conveyor to create a dough sheet and goes through a cutting machine to be separated into even strips. Moving to the next stages, the dough strips are moulded into noodle discs
subsequently
fried with oil and left to dry.
Following
this
, the dried noodle discs,
together with
vegetables and spices are put into are packaged in cups. In the final of
this
process, these cups are labelled and sealed.
