I am writing to express my dissatisfaction during my stay at your hotel "The Diamond Villa".
I arrived at your property on June 7, 2024, for the 2 weeks stay. I was on an important professional visit sponsored by my company.
Although
I was very excited to spend my days in your hotel and experience your exclusive hospitality, my experience was not that great.
During this
time of year, the weather was supposed to be sunny but unfortunately, it turned out to be rainy because of the unexpected storm "Ria Storm". Due to
this
, I was experiencing extreme cold in my room. Despite my multiple complaints regarding the excessive cooling in the room, no decisive action was taken by the hotel maintenance staff to resolve my issue although
they provided me with an extra blanket as a remedy.
I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience, and it affected my overall
performance at work. I would like to request you to refund my booking amount.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
