my personal opinion, this
happens only because of the differences in person
's priorities and preferences about success
at their different ages. Regardless of age and priorities, success
requires hard work and dedication as essential criteria.

might succeed at sports at the early stages of his life
in school however
, it does not mean that he would not become a successful sportsperson in future. In contrast
, when he grows his interests and wishes, with the assistance of his hard work it might be possible for him to become a successful player. A well-known singer Shreekanto of the Indian subcontinent , for example
, did not pay much attention towards music in his childhood however
, he became a famous singer later in life

The necessary skill required to become successful in life
is the strong desire and wish of the particular individual. Most importantly, no matter at which stage in his life
he has taken this
initiative to become successful. Rather, how much desire he has to achieve success
and how strong his willingness to put required efforts for this

is considerable. For example

at the age of 50 tries to become a successful businessman and takes proper measures, patience and dedication, he might achieve success
