For my opinion the average peoples become criminals
because of trauma in their childhood.

in crime. Because poor civilians does not know how to stay in law and earn money. They just don't know where they can get job. So education
is the main solution to beat crime. The reason for improving education

, some parts of the Africa. There is a lot of cities where you can see educated citisens with job, with place

. In the past Africa was primitive continent, but after education
africans started building cities and houses.
At the same time, in India it is useless to improving education
, because since ancient time indian peoples used to live poor and unemployed. By the way, they have best quality of medicine and education
. But most of the indians don't want to live better and fully. The main cause is their life
stile since ancient time. They had four castes and one special. The special one was untouchables. Untouchables is an avarage uneployed poor people
. You may ask, how to be untouchable in India, and I will answer you, all you have to do is born in wrong family. Because Indian casts passed down from generation to generation.
From my point of view, for beating criminals
