In many countries it is now illegal to smoke in public places. It is only fair that people who wish to smoke should have to leave the building. Do you agree or disagree?

Today we are discussing a topic which always been a serious problem for our society of all times. As we all know smoking is injurious. In
this
regard countries all over the world have taken different measures and steps since a long ago, to overcome
this
horrible issue. But much more needs to be done because the ratio of smoking-addicted communities increasing much faster than ever before. Smoking is a habit which not only harmful for the person addicted but
also
creates serious issues for the health of other people. If we take a glance, at steps taken by different countries the most reasonable step is to forbid smoking in public. I am a strong believer that there should be strict rules and regulations for the persons who violate the law and do
this
rubbish in public points like parks, hospitals, universities etc. I think
this
is a positive approach to identifying the places where smoking is not allowed. So the ban is necessary for the benefit of society and we should always be the law abiding citizens.
Although
Bars and nightclubs are public places and the approach banning smoking should be applied there partial permission should
also
be given. The administration should specify the areas which couldn't be disturbing

the general public, If someone needs to smoke he can move there. But if there is no area specified in the building smoker shouldn’t be allowed to smoke here and if he still does so he should be fined and sent to jail for the violation of the rule. I want to add one more thing the administration should make it clear that no concession should be given to the breakers of the law. I conclude with the statement that I, totally agree with the opinion that smoking shouldn't be allowed in public places and no relaxation for the people who try to violate
this
rule.
