Write a letter to the course director. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course.

Dear Mister or Missis. I am writing to you with my personal feedback about your cookery school. In fact, I just want to notify you about a course that amazed me. First of all, I definitely enjoyed the teaching staff, who pointed to my every mistake to advance my cooking skills.
Also
, I liked the course stuff, everybody had his own cooking place where they could make their own masterpiece.
Overall
, I learned a lot of meals to do,
such
as steak, barbecue and some types of cakes.
However
, I stopped being afraid of plates and boiled oil. In the future, I decided to buy a new course about "How to open your own restaurant", because I want to receive some money for my cooking skills. Well, I hope that you will like my feedback letter. Hope that you will be pleased after reading that. Yours faithfully Diluc.

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
