Dear Natalia, I am writing
this
letter to apologize for not coming to the birthday party.
Due to
some unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to make it and did not inform you as well. I hope you will forgive me once I tell you the reason for not attending it. On the day of your birthday morning, my grandmother got sick. I had to take her to the hospital in a hurry and she was admitted immediately. Doctors told me she has to be kept under observation for at least two days as she is having issues with her kidney. I was worried and I needed to fetch medicines and
due to
the fact, I did not tell you and not to spoil your mood. I hope you will understand my situation and accept my apology. I have
also
bought a present for you and I will give it to you once we meet. Hopefully, my grandmother is doing better now and we will meet soon once she is discharged. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Best regards, Kylie
