[١٤/‏٦ ١١:١٤ م] I . B: "Culture is a product of
law
. And
laws
create norms for society.
This
is why anyone who wants to
change
the culture of a country must try to
change
the norms of the country" Myles Munroe. Legislations alone are impossible to cover all social conditions. In
this
essay l am going to discuss
this
issue by definition
law
and social problems, the contect between
law
and
customs
, the role of international organisations to solve the global challenges and
finally
the contribution of local councils to achieve justice in the developing countries.
Law
refers to a system of
rules
that regulate the conduct of a community, and is often enforced by a controlling authority through penalties.
Whereas
, a social problem is any condition or behaviour that has negative consequences for large numbers of people and
that is
generally recognised as a condition or behaviour that needs to be addressed systemically. We notice from the two conceptions mentioned above, that there are dealing with the difficulties of the people in every particular country or whole world. If we took look about the history of
law
, we found that it comes from
customs
. What is custom?
according to
the Judiciaries Worldwide:" customery
law
is a set of
laws
based on the traditions ,
customs
, or norms of a local community " ; indeed, the foundation of
laws
is
customs
either international, local
laws
or global agreements. [١٤/‏٦ ١١:٣٧ م] I . B:
For instance
, all branches of
law
criminal, civil, commercial and international are derivative from communities
rules
. " For
this
analysis, it is contended that customary
rules
in transnational commercial contract
law
originate from the communities of entrepreneurs (traders) through processes that might either be spontaneous or organised" Fabrizio Cafaggi from Custom and
law
in transnational commercial contracts: A co-evolutionary perspective, page 4. The previous example provided that
laws
is collection of conventional
rules
;for
this
,
laws
are difficult to cover all traditional behaviours because there are changing periodically. [١٤/‏٦ ١١:٥٣ م] I . B: Nowadays, there are international challenges may be it is difficult to deal with it through
laws
and regulations , sequences, international organisations and volunteers play a vital role to cover these fields. The environmental problems like
climate
change
are solving through
this
channels. The case if
climate
change
, defined as changes in the earth's
climate
due to
the buildup of greenhouse glasses in the atmosphere.
Although
the majority of
climate
scientists say that
climate
change
is real and serious, the percentage of Americans who agree with scientists is lower. In a 2011 poll, 64 percent said they "think that global warming is happening"( leiserowitz etc al., 2011).
While
the majority of Americans believe in 2020 that
climate
change
