The given layouts depict the differences between the present and the future scheme for an industrial district in Norbiton. To outline the main points, there will be three types of change and the land will face a drastic alteration mainly in the centre. It is worth mentioning that, not only a variety of facilities will be constructed on the mainland, but

all factories will be demolished in the future development plan. In the present scheme, the river is across from northwest to northeast of the area,

, a road crosses from southwest to southeast. A town district is settled between the river and the avenue,

is nestled in the middle of the town. The road continues to the western part and the factory, obviously around the

and road eight factory is laid. A bridge is expected to cross the river and the avenue will be crossed from the northern part of the district to the southern avenue. The main

will be constructed in the southern part. All factories are planned to be abolished and substituted by housing around the old and expanded avenues.
