The chart displays the different ways of transport utilized to travel to work in one European City in 1960 , 1980 and 2000 .
Overall
car transportation showed the highest ascend in the year 2000 counter to bike usage which showed a massive decrease in the same year . It is clearly seen that walking was the most known mode of transport during 1960 among 35% of the population of the city . Biking was
also
common by just over 25%
while
the rest of the individuals used buses and cars for transport. Bus use grew to just over 25% ,followed by car use for transportby 25% in 1980 .
However
, figures remained steady in a range of just below 20% to roughly over it . The year 2000 witnessed a massive decline in biking ,
on the other hand
, car use became the most common mode and rose to over 35% .
