Dear Pat, I am writing
this
letter to let you know that I forgot to take my winter coat before leaving your house
this
morning. Once I realized that I left my coat, I phoned you immediately, but you guys were sleeping and did not answer my call. Please keep my dress safe as I have kept some important office documents in it. It is a full-length brown colour jacket and I remember that I hung it on the suit hanger at the main hall entrance. Please check and ensure that it has a document signed by the attorney. Tomorrow, I need to submit them to the district magistrate for work purposes. I know you guys are leaving for Disney Theme Park tomorrow. So, I have to collect it from you today. Please let me know whether it is possible for you to drop the item at my house later today, or I can come to the community centre at 7.30 pm, please bring the coat with you. I will wait for your call. Thank you.
