The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles. Summerise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The loop diagram depicts the process of recycling
plastic
materials.
Overall
, it can be seen that there are 9 general steps for recycling plastic
. This
process starts with gathering plastic
items from the bins by individuals and concludes when recyclable goods are produced.
As you can observe, the first step of this
cycle is collecting plastic
bottles or other items from recycle bins. Then
, some special trucks transfer them to recycle centre. After that, in the centre, these objects will be sorted by someone, and the useless ones will be removed. In the fourth step, chosen plastics are compressed into cubes. Then
being crushed between two huge wheels and after that, they are washed before being poured into another machine which manufactures plastic
pellets from them. In the next stage, pellets will be heated to convert into raw materials. Eventually, in the last
step of the process, a varied range of brand-new and recyclable products such
as clothes, pencils and bottles will be created from the raw materials.Submitted by mahtaesmailian on
