In the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless. The only people travelling inside these vehicles will be passengers. Do you think the advantages of driverless vehiceles outweigh the disadvantages?

All
vehicles
including cars, buses and trucks will not need drivers to be controlled in the future. People just as passengers will be in these
vehicles
during trips.
While
it is argued that
this
trend may have negative points, I firmly believe that the positive points would overshadow them. on the one hand, It is argued that by developing driverless
vehicles
, many people are not able to experience the pleasure of driving as they will not drive any more. Currently,
for example
, several people decide to drive in order to run away from stress.
However
, in the future, the public might be deprived of these feelings.
Moreover
, providing the infrastructure needed for popularizing autonomous
vehicles
seems to be highly expensive.
This
requires an entire change in
vehicles
' structure and
also
adapting roads to be suitable for driving without a driver. Obviously.
this
may need a high-scale budget.
On the other hand
, undoubtedly, I would say that using autonomous cars may have positive impacts on the environment. Since they can use appropriate driving patterns, they use fuel more efficiently and reduce emissions.
Furthermore
,in my opinion, it is noteworthy that travelling by autonomous
vehicles
would be highly convenient and passengers can allocate their trip time to their interests
such
as surfing the net
instead
of driving.
Moreover
, I think , the great beneficial point of driverless
vehicles
is safety improvement. Autonomous
vehicles
decrease the accidents on roads dramatically and
also
, by conveying information among each other
due to
their developed data transfer system, the congestion of traffic is significantly reduced. All being said, in the future, autonomous
vehicles
will be replaced with current
vehicles
.
Although
it is argued that these
vehicles
may have some drawbacks, I wholeheartedly believe that the beneficial points can overcome the negative ones.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
