In your letter: - describe the work yoy have been doing - explain why you can no longer do this work - recommend another person who is interested in the work

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I can no longer continue the voluntary
work
in your organization. I have been working as a field staff member and was responsible for visiting people's houses to make them aware that bees are an essential part of the ecosystem. I was so passionate about
this
work
, but my current company wants me to do extra
work
after hours.
Consequently
, I will have no time left to do that voluntary
work
.
However
, One of my friends is interested in doing
this
work
. The best part is that he is a student in an agriculture program, So he possesses knowledge about bee culture. Waiting to hear from you. Yours faithfully, Abc

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
