of fish and a few divergent kinds of animal protein in a European region from 1979 to 2004. The number is measured in grams
per person per week. All lines shown in the graph were erratic but showed different trends.
Three kinds of meat experienced a downward. First,
beef, in 1979, was the highest among the other four types of meat consumed, constituting above 200 grams

at the beginning, afterwards it increased rapidly to above 150 grams
until 1982 which took over lamb’s demands. In the end, the majority of people chose chicken as their main source of protein and consumption
