, governments and urban planners could focus on designing more walkable cities and promoting active transportation,

as cycling or walking to work, as alternatives to cars.

would not only help individuals become more physically active but

create a healthier urban environment. Another cause could be the growing popularity of digital entertainment, which has led to a significant decline in physical activity. Many people, especially the younger generation, spend a substantial amount of time engaged in video games, streaming services, and social media, often at the expense of outdoor activities. A potential solution to

problem is raising awareness through educational campaigns about the importance of regular exercise. Schools and communities can play a vital role in encouraging more outdoor play, sports, and fitness programs, which could help balance screen time with physical activity.
