Many people use distance-leanring programmes (study material post, TV, internet, etc) to study at home, but some people think that it can not bring the same benefit of attending college or university. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion.

The education system has diversified and people now have the options of physical or online training.
Due to
technological advancement, many people prefer online distance-learning programs
while
others think that it is not as beneficial as attending colleges. I completely agree with the opposing opinion because university training is beyond the lecture materials alone. Social and multicultural exposure on campuses are important parts of the learning experience.
To begin
, non-physical training has widely received significant acceptance all over the world for a few reasons. One is that it is flexible.
That is
, since it is E-learning, you can participate from any part of the world without necessarily being physically present in class.
For instance
, Havard University announced the graduation of 200 distance-learning students during their
last
convocation ceremony.
Also
, lectures are not rigid as they are delivered on Zoom or as study materials,
hence
, it gives students the opportunity to work and do other things during training.
However
, I totally believe that on-campus training has more advantages and I am fully in support of
this
. It gives a complete learning experience in terms of social relationships with classmates and bonding with other cultures during the program.
Therefore
, beyond the academic knowledge accumulated, they are able to have first-hand skills on how to deal with other humans, and
this
is one of the key characteristics that can help them flourish in society after graduation. In conclusion,
while
we cannot underplay the role of distance learning, I would completely advise that physical teaching should be encouraged more among international students so as to give them a wholesome learning moment.
