There can be little doubt that the government completely wastes a large amount of money on exploration outside the earth, while the government can spend this money on other national priorities. How did you choose your proposed course and institution?
From my perspective, working as a civil engineer especially in government institution needs a lot diversity of knowledge, not only water resources theory but also awareness about how to manage RAB as good as possible. The sustainability of water resource management is also depending on how succced is the construction management. There are three main aspect in construction management which are money, time, and quality. These are depending each other. For example, to build a dam you need to know all about dam itself, since it costs more expensive than another water construction, we need to know how to maintain the cost by managing the price without neglecting the quality. Not only the price, but also time management is the essential aspect to be considered. Method of work is needed to get the efficient cost by the time. In the other hand, to do work acceleration we have to give higher cost. Finding the balance between these three main aspects is the one thing I want to know by studyin...
