, as is clearly seen from the graph, the count of individuals visiting in person and those calling by telephone increased significantly in the selected period.

, letter and email popularity for asking for information gradually fell and levelled off afterwards.

with, in January 2011, people mostly asked for instruction by telephone with around 900 calls.
