Dear Mr/Madam
I am writing
this
letter via email to express my interest in doing part-time work at the museum. It is notable that my resume is attached, and by doing so, I can administrate my experiences to you.
Firstly
, I am currently working full-time in an international business company from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and am ready to be at the museum from 3 o'clock onwards. My salary is not enough to spend my life, and consequently
, I need to earn more money for a comfortable life.
On the other hand
, I am very interested in working in the art and historical field since I have studied archaeology and also
have experience in internal design, so I am confident I can be effective in your administration.
Another point to consider is that, as a guide, I can respond to the visitor's attention and curiosity.
I am sure that by this
execution policy, not only we can increase the number of visitors but also
, improve their historical information.
I would like to hear your positive response.
Yours faithfully

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
