I am writing to thank you for the Communication and Speaking Skills course I attended from September to December 2024. It was a truly valuable experience that helped me improve both my clarity and confidence when speaking. As someone who works in sales, learning how to express ideas more convincingly has been extremely beneficial in my daily interactions with clients. The techniques we learned for gesturing, body language, maintaining eye contact, and using tone effectively have already made a noticeable difference in my communication style. I especially appreciated the engaging atmosphere throughout the sessions. I have no complaints about the course, but I would suggest adding more practice-based lessons. For example, short pair activities where two participants speak one after another, followed by personalized feedback, would make the sessions even more interactive and helpful. Thank you once again for organizing such an excellent and practical course.
