The question of whether punishments should be fixed or tailored to individual circumstances has long been debated in legal and ethical discussions. Some individuals believe that having a set penalty for each type of crime ensures consistency and deterrence. Others argue that every offence occurs within a unique context, and factors such as the offender’s intent should influence the severity of the sentence. From my perspective, the latter opinion is fairer because the circumstances of a crime are essential to consider.

Capital punishment is good for countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Death penalty is the highest degree of punishment. It is the literal last thing one could do to a man for his wrongs. While some might believe that this might be the right thing to do, I on the other hand believe that this is not a matter to discuss. Capital punishment should not be executed at all.

Some people say that there is too much harmful content on the internet. They say the only way to make the internet safe is for the government to censor the content of websites. To what extent do you think the government should control what information is available on the internet?
It is often argued that there is extremely dangerous content available on the internet, and the only viable solution to counter this problem is that the government should ban these platforms. I totally disagree with this viewpoint because the citizens will face privacy breech due to unchecked surveillance by the government authorities, and have no control over what type of material they want to post on websites.

In a number of countries, some people think its is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Without a question, spending money is a hugely important topic that has sparked a great deal of discussion among many people in many different countries. While some strongly believe that funds should be set aside for the construction of new railroads, others think that the quality of the current public transportation system should be enhanced. Although both sides have solid points, I believe the later group to be more well-founded.
