In many countries, owning a home rather than renting one is considered extremely important. This preference can be explained by people’s desire for stability and financial security. However, although home ownership brings clear advantages to individuals, I believe that this trend is largely negative for society as a whole.

This could be a negative development because many individuals should save their own income to use in emergency situations rather than buying many clothes.

It has been studied in classes for centuries, yet, some may argue that literature isn't as important as it seems, and lessons regarding literature should be substituted for more important subjects.

Urbanisation and modern life have presented people with a number of challenges and decisions. However, the crux of the matter is related to traffic jams in megacities. In some urban areas, the high-ranking officials pass laws to decrease the number of cars on the street, such as paying money as a fine for those who drive their cars into the city centre. In my view, although underestimating the importance of imposing stricter laws and measures is not logical to control such a trend, it does not necessarily mean that it does not have any disadvantages.
