In recent times, a drastic change has been observed in people's working lifestyle, with technological advancement , companies nowadays are offering work from home option to the majority of their employees as compared to on-site working. This trend has brought too many positive impacts for company growth as well as for the environment. This essay will elaborate positive development of it along with a few negative impacts.

It is often argued that technological advancements , including the internet have played a key role in terms of bringing individuals closer together. However,some claim that people and societies have become more separated from each other due to the internet.This essay will discuss both views and explain why I personally support the idea of the detrimental effects of online technology on human relationships and communities.
