Nowadays, people are excessively using raw materials from our planet to produce various items such as leather bags and fuel for heating services. All of these acts damage the natural resources of our planet. As a result, government authorities should warn and discourage people from using them. I fully agree with this statement, and in this essay, I will explain why.
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in using natural resources. However, some individuals contend that natural resources play a crucial role in making new goods, but the government must make stricter rules to prevent overuse. In my view, I firmly believe that the government should prioritise essential sectors like recycling and eco-friendliness. These sectors have a more immediate and meaningful impact on citizens' well-being than the exploitation of natural resources.
In modern society, life has become increasingly busy, leading some people to believe that cooking food at home is a waste of time and that fast food restaurants make life easier and less stressful. I partly disagree with this opinion, as although fast food is convenient, cooking at home still has important advantages.
It is a common trend in many nations for the younger generation to spend most of their time indoors. This behaviour is largely the result of the increasing use of digital technology and reduced face-to –face social interaction. However, I think these problems can be addressed by parents, who can regulate screen time and encourage children to participate in outdoor social activities.
There is no denying the fact that boys and girls have the same right to have an excellent education. While it is a commonly held belief that male students should study separately from female students. There is also an argument that they should attend the same school. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.
In the digital era, there is a doubt that governments should research other planets or focus on challenges on our small Earth. In my point of view, expenditure on research is a waste of money for nothing.
Humans have been using oil as their main source of energy for hundreds of years. This continuous exploration leads to the depletion of their reserves, because this type of energy is regarded as a non-renewable resource. Therefore, scientists are trying to find other energy sources to supersede oil, as this essay elaborates.
Some people believe that there is too much harmful content on the internet and that the only way to make it safe is for the government to control what information is available online. I partly agree with this opinion because while government control can be useful in some cases, too much control may also cause problems.
Competition and cooperation are two fundamental aspects of human interaction, and while some people support competing in all aspects of life, others prefer to work together. In my opinion, while competition can drive individual achievements, cooperation is more beneficial for growth.
It is argued that governments should impose a tax on junk food because the number of health risks associated with consuming this kind of food is on the rise. This essay agrees that a higher rate of tax should be paid by fast-food companies. Firstly, alcohol and tobacco companies already pay higher taxes; secondly, higher taxes could raise prices and lower consumption.
A prevailing school of thought suggests that early childhood is the optimal period for children to commence their formal education, while others maintain that a delayed start is more beneficial. This essay will examine both perspectives before concluding that the ideal age for enrollment depends primarily on a child’s individual readiness.
Nowadays, some people believe that gardens and green areas in the downtown areas of crowded cities should be replaced. This is to give more space for workers and reduce the spent of travel. This essay will argue that while replacing parks would be seen as a good idea, it is actually the wrong thing to do and my opinion is that I do not support it. It will examine some examples and arguments why I am completely against this belief and why we should think differently.
Eating in large portions has become a serious issue regarding health, and the advertisements about food products should be restricted. I strongly agree with this statement, as many effects would happen, including a negative influence on children, which is harmful, and an increased risk to health.
In many countries, owning private vehicles has become much easier than in the past, leading many people to prefer using their own cars rather than public transportation. While private vehicles offer convenience, I strongly believe that investing in public transport is a better long-term solution.
Whether it’s fair depends on what standard of fairness you use—moral value, social contribution, or market logic. These standards often point in different directions.
In many countries, it is increasingly common for both men and women to work full time, often spending long hours at their jobs. As a result, the question of whether household tasks should be shared equally has become more important. I strongly agree with this idea to a great extent because it ensures fair time management and leads to healthier and more balanced relationships.
Nowadays, competition has become a basis for reaching everything, both at school and at work. Whereas, some people argue that being cooperative is much needed, I personally think that competition is a good way to make people develop. To explain this statement, this essay will discuss both views.
Some people think that money should be spent on public services and public infrastructure instead of artistic activities such as music and painting. Although I agree that governments need to invest money in public facilities, I believe that they also need to spend money on the arts.
In the last few years, technological development has been increasing rapidly than ever before, and it has altered the way humans work to improve accuracy and efficiency. This essay will discuss the advantages and drawbacks of this issue.
The amount of time spent on sport and exercise in schools should be increased in order to tackle the problem of overweight children. While I agree that physical activity plays a significant role in addressing this issue, I believe it is not the only solution, and other factors such as diet and lifestyle must also be considered.
