It is often argued that residing in a country where a foreign language must be used inevitably leads to serious social and practical issues. Although language barriers can indeed create challenges during the initial stage of settlement, I do not believe that these difficulties are inherently severe or long-lasting.

The massive responsibility of choosing a good employee is on the shoulders of managers. While some opine first impression makes a valuable contribution to the hiring process, in my view, although no one dares to deny the importance of strong communication and good performance in impressing employers, it is not logical to focus solely on communication skills.
