The global availability of food in supermarkets is a phenomenon that has transformed the way people shop and eat. Consumers can now purchase food produced all over the world, a development that brings both positive and negative aspects. On balance, I believe that this is a positive development due to the benefits it provides in terms of variety, quality, and economic opportunities.
Environmental problems have become increasingly serious in recent years, leading some people to argue that they are too large for individuals to solve. Others, however, believe that without individual action, these issues cannot be addressed effectively. In my opinion, while personal responsibility is important, strong support from governments and large organizations is essential to tackle environmental challenges successfully.
A majority of individuals claim that airports need to reduce the amount of flying from one country to another. It is widely said that our environment needs to rest from polluted air; some agree, and others do not.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that different professions receive vastly different levels of income. Some people argue that essential workers such as doctors, nurses, and teachers should be paid more than sports and entertainment personalities because of their greater contribution to society. Although some may disagree with this view, I partly support it due to several reasons, which will be examined in this essay.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that crime rates have increased in many countries, and some people attribute this trend to violent images in television programmes and computer games. While others argue that there are more significant factors contributing to crime, this issue remains widely debated. Although some may agree with this view, I partly support it due to several reasons, which will be examined in this essay.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that interviews are widely used by large companies as a primary method for selecting employees. While some people believe that interviews are effective, others argue that they are not a reliable way to choose suitable candidates. Although some may agree with this view, I partly support it due to several reasons, which will be examined in this essay.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that the shortage of housing has become a serious issue in many countries, leading to various social consequences. Some people argue that only governments are capable of solving this problem, while others believe that additional efforts are required from other sectors. Although some may agree with this view, I am opposed to it due to several reasons, which will be examined in this essay.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that many governments provide financial support to unemployed individuals through national welfare systems. Some people believe that such payments discourage people from seeking employment and place a heavy burden on public finances, while others argue that they are necessary for social stability. In this essay, an attempt will be made to examine both perspectives.
It is often argued that the primary objective of educational institutions is to shape children into responsible inhabitants and productive members of the workforce, rather than to foster their individual growth. While I acknowledge the role of the academy in serving society's needs, I strongly disagree with the idea that this comes at the expense of individual development. In my view, these two purposes are not mutually exclusive but rather complementary.
Some people argue that working days should be reduced and employees should have a longer weekend. This essay completely agrees with that statement. I believe that although people have a lot of breaks, they can work efficiently after the holidays, and they can improve their mental health when they spend a lot of time with their families, which is a very important requirement in human life.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that higher education plays a crucial role in personal and societal development. Some people argue that university students should pay the full cost of their education because it only benefits individuals rather than society as a whole. Although some may agree with this view, I am opposed to it due to several reasons, which will be examined in this essay.
In the modern world, it is undeniable that the internet has transformed the way people communicate and interact. In the present, people commute longer distances daily. Some think that it creates a negative development, which I personally agree with because of the negative effects on work or study performance and high transportation expenses. While others consider it in the opposite way.
Individuals state that the parents should take parenting classes to benefit the development of a kid. I personally agree with this statement because of an enhancement in abilities to raise a child and emotional handling.
While learning English is often prioritized in schools, many people worry that local languages are being forgotten. In my opinion, learning English is essential for global communication and career growth, but we must also ensure the survival of local languages because they are the foundation of cultural identity.
It is often suggested that parents should attend formal training courses to help their children develop more effectively. I completely agree with this statement because these classes provide essential scientific knowledge about child health and they teach modern disciplinary techniques that are more effective than traditional methods.
There is no denying the fact that safety plays a vital role in modern society. While it is a commonly held belief that reports should not cover violent crime because this encourages criminals, others argue that these types of reports should be reported to increase awareness. In my opinion, I strongly agree that these types of reports encourage criminals, and they should be banned from the media.
In recent years, autonomous vehicle technology has advanced dramatically. It is predicted that all cars, buses, and trucks will eventually become driverless, with occupants being solely passengers. While this development presents certain drawbacks, I firmly believe that the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
Some people believe that competition in work, education, and daily life is beneficial, while others argue that cooperation is more important. Although competition can help individuals improve their performance and achieve their targets quickly, I believe that cooperation is more effective because it reduces stress and promotes teamwork.
