It is often argued that residing in a country where a foreign language must be used inevitably leads to serious social and practical issues. Although language barriers can indeed create challenges during the initial stage of settlement, I do not believe that these difficulties are inherently severe or long-lasting.
The massive responsibility of choosing a good employee is on the shoulders of managers.
