Some people think that we should replace old buildings and houses in cities with more modern buildings. Other people think we should protect old buildings. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

At present, architecture is a significant factor in representing cultures. Therefore, buildings in cities vary between modern and ancient ones. However, some people believe that old buildings should be replaced with new ones, while others believe that governments should protect them. In my opinion, the combination of the two is the best way forward.

Excessive amount of sugar consumption causes various diseases. Some people believe that it is the responsibility of the government to limit sugar consumption by the public while others believe that it is the responsibility of individuals to limit their sugar consumption. I personally believe that while minimizing sugar consumption by individuals is beneficial for their well-being, the government can take effective measures to control sugar consumption.

The problem of growing statistics of abnormal nutrition is becoming bigger and bigger, and it cannot be ignored.Today, obesity in children is widespread, schools are ready to monitor children's nutrition and activity, I fully support this decision, but I also want parents to be involved in the process.

Few individuals think that the authorities should invest in works of art, like paintings and statues, in towns to make the area more attractive to live in. I completely agree because investing additional resources in artwork and statues can increase the population of tourist activities, and bringing about more employment opportunities. Although, there are better projects to execute for the environment to make the city a better place.

The percentage of crime is, mostly, inflated in larger cities rather than in countryside areas. This essay will discuss the reasons and the solutions for this vital issue.

Currently, postponing baby-bearing is becoming progressively universal, especially in some Asian countries where people are facing overwhelming living pressure. From my perspective, one primary reason for delaying pregnancy is the high cost of living, and postponing baby-bearing can help alleviate the pressure, and contribute to the next generation's development.

In the present age, whether virtual reality provides more benefits than regular ways of mental health treatment such as psychological and music therapies has sparked much debate. Some people assert that new tools need to be used in order to help people with such problems, whereas many others argue that virtual reality will only worsen the situation. Personally, I agree partly with the statement.

Taking admission to an education institute as soon as possible is what some people opine. however, others feel that seven is the perfect age for a toddler to start studying. I agree with the former notion as in the early ages a child's mind is sharp and can grasp things easily. while after five a young one becomes little mature to understand the things and they do not feel any burden on them.

Public speaking is a vital skill that an individual requires, as it helps build confidence and increase social skills. However, many people were not taught this skill growing up. I believe that if public speaking was taught to kids in schools, it would benefit them in the long run.

Social media has rocketed in users ever since the internet became accessible to the masses. However, people have become comfortable with sharing personal information and documents carelessly through social media. I believe that oversharing information on social media could pose a threat to our own lives.

It is contended that people's attitudes are controlled by those governing the media industry, and nothing can be done to change this. Although I acknowledge the integral role of media in individuals' perspectives towards life, I argue that other factors can also have an immense impact on one's life, with the help of which the negative effect of the press would be alleviated.

However, the news platforms and online bookstores are not free of charge and require a subscription. In this essay, I will discuss this point of view and give my opinion.

While driving provides individuals with freedom, I believe that governments should invest more in railways than in roads.
