It is sometimes believed that the government should increase expenditure on development of new housing and transport infrastructure instead of restoring historic buildings. This essay totally disagrees with this suggestion for several reasons.
These days, a myriad of people consider that one of the best methods of bringing individuals who have not only different ages but also various cultures is music. I believe that songs have a power, which can merge the community immediately. As music is a good pastime activity and has political importance, I strongly agree with this statement.
There is an ongoing debate regarding whether governments should allocate their expenditure to the plan, which aims to find creatures on other planets, or not. In fact, some people believe that spending public capital on this plan is somehow wrong due to several problems on our planet. In this essay, I will discuss these distinct viewpoints and explain why I firmly support the latter opinion.
There is no denying the importance of a decent quality of life in our society. While it is commonly believed that wealthy governments should assist poorer nations, there is also an opposing viewpoint. In my opinion, developing countries should support less affluent nations by focusing on education and healthcare.
In today’s world, many countries are struggling with the effects of global warming caused by rising pollution levels. While some people believe that only governments and large organizations can tackle this issue, others argue that individuals also have a role to play. This essay will discuss both perspectives and provide my opinion.

It is a necessity for metropolis and towns to possess massive public outdoor areas like parks and squares. I strongly agree with this view as this can bring communities together and could also improve people's mental health.
It is true that multiple places across the globe consider tourism as a main source of revenue. However, if it is not managed appropriately, it can also lead to issues. In this essay, I will explain why in such circumstances the drawbacks of this industry are greater than its benefits.
While globalisation has brought rapid technological change to everyday life, modern companies now demand highly skilled workers due to intense competition and a growing number of university graduates. Some people believe the government should develop the railway system instead of the road one. Although this idea has such benefits as a less ecological impact and decreasing cost for end customers, at the same time high building expenses and limited access to low population regions can be problems. This essay will discuss why an extension of railways can not replace the necessity of building roads.
In the increasingly digital era, it is quite significant for individuals to save money for their future. I believe this consideration is very smart and useful for personal daily life and career.
With the development of the society, the issue of retirement has become a public concern. Some people believe that it is better for the elderly to continue working, even after reaching retirement age. While others argue that the elderly should enjoy their later life. From my perspective I support the former opinion to some extent, but I also believe that older people should reduce their working hours.
