The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. Thea newly build building replace the crane which is using as a sailing club, on betwen education centre at the left side and right side of it has playing area. Apart from that, dramatical changes can be seen on the south side of the river bank. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it.
