Some people think that a sense of competition in children should be encouraged.Others believe that children who are taught to co-operate rather than compete become more useful adults.

A lot of people may have different perspectives on what method of fostering  whether
competition
or co-operation is beneficial to children. It is
also
one of the most talked-about issues among educators and experts.   If children are nurtured to be competitive, it is probable that they may assume every aspect of their lives as
competition
. They may  lose  believe in friendship or might result in anti-social
behavior
manner of acting or controlling yourself
behaviour
. They may
also
start to compete to win in every occasion even though matters can be solved when things are negotiated peacefully. But on the bright side, the
competition
encourages children to try harder if they want to be in top position.
On the contrary
, a strong competitive mind brings ill relationships. If children are taught to
co-operate
work together on a common enterprise of project
cooperate
, it will help them develop positive social skills and good interacting abilities. They might develop good leadership or diplomatic skills and they will perform well in organisations and adjust well in any type of atmosphere. Teaching children co-operation skills can build a better society, and these children may achieve success because of their socializing talents.   All things considered, both
competition
and co-operative skills are necessary for almost all sorts of tasks. Children should be nurtured to learn
co-operation
joint operation or action
cooperation
, at the same time, they need to be competitive if necessary as both are valuable assets for children.
