Many companies use advertisements to increase sales. What are the main reasons that make an advertisement effective? Is it a good thing or a bad thing to the society? Nowadays, it has been a common trend for companies to spend a large amount of money to make adverts to increase the sales of their respective products. There are certain reasons behind a successful advertisement which i will discuss below. However, i, firmly believe that those adverts have a negative impact on our society.

One of the most important things that make an advert effective is, selecting a mega star to play a lead role in that advertisement. It is widely known that stars have a lot of fans and followers. When a popular star act in an advertisement, his fans or followers watch that advert perpetually.
