The growing number of overweight people is putting a strain on the health care system in an effort to deal with the health issues involved. Some people think that the best way to deal with this problem is to introduce more physical education lessons in the school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent times, the number of obese and overweight people in the country has been on the increase.
This
trend has become a challenge to the country's health system, so
therefore
I totally agree with those who opined that the most helpful way to deal with
this
menace is to inculcate more physical
education
lessons in the
school
curriculum. To start with, studies have shown that majority of the overweight population are children of
school
age, due to their sedentary
life styles
a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes
lifestyles
and consumption of fatty diets, most of these children do not involve themselves in any form of exercises; the driver takes them to
school
or the
school
bus and same brings them home
this
resultantly leads to their obesity, I belief when physical
education
is introduced in their various
school
curriculum,
this
would help tailor down their weight reliving the health system of stress.
Secondly
, introducing physical
education
into curriculums doesn't only help their weight, it
also
helps their heart and brains. When children are allowed to exercise adequately, you find out they become alert both in mind and soul, which means that children can become healthy
mentally
Suggestion
mental
and psychological. To sum it all, I fully agree that overweight amongst the citizen can be
cubbed
lessen the intensity of; temper; hold in restraint; hold or keep within limits
curbed
before it stresses the health care system of a country by adding physical
education
in
schools
Suggestion
school
curriculum.
