People living in large cities have to face many problems in everyday life. What are those problems? Should the government encourage people to move to regional towns?

It is observed that residents in metropolis encounter challenges in their day to day living.
This
essay will discuss the problems associated with residing in the cities, and I think the authority ought to encourage the citizens to relocate to the

rural regions

decongest
the overpopulated urban areas.
To begin
with, one of the most significant
problem

problems
faced by urban dwellers is the amount of time spent in
traffic
.
This
is because people living in the suburbs and the cities have their place work mostly in the metropolitan areas, as commuters move at the same time to resume duty. To illustrate, it was published recently by the New York times that 80% of workers get late to work due to
traffic
congestion on the roads. In consequence, individuals who are resident in cities find it difficult to meet up with

Furthermore
, it is advisable that the government should persuade the people to move to the regional towns, because
this
will reduce the population in the cities.
This
means that the authority will make provision for job opportunities and improve the standard of living in the remote areas, which include: good electricity,

potable
water, conducive housing and
abundance

an abundance
of food supply.
For example
, the United Kingdom government was able to reduce the population in London by 5% as at

Thus
, encouraging more people to migrate to the regional settlement will cause the number of people in the cities to decrease. In conclusion, the major hurdle confronted by the people living in large cities everyday is

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
