Some people believe that there should be fixed punishment for crimes, while others argue that the circumstance for every crime and the motivation for committing it should be taken into account when deciding the punishment

are sacred entities of human development that should not be sacrificed on the altar of sentiments. Some are of the opinion that the prevailing circumstance surrounding a

should be looked into before a judgment is given. I strongly believe that every

. On the one hand, it is commonly believed that the natural man is not structured for

to say, most of these crimes were not primarily intended in the

place, and certain factors may have contributed to
