Nowadays, people around the globe are suffering from myriads of problem. Some of them are due to their carelessness, which has an adverse effect on their physical as well as mental health. Some people argue, that it would be better if we take preventive measurement instead of curing for disease later. I absolutely concur with the argument, because in my viewpoint, taking care for ourself is a way more lucrative as it keeps us away from hospitals besides it also keeps us young, energetic, and fresh. In this essay, I will provide some contentious reasons to support my opinion.
