Question: All cars that burn fossil fuels should be banned and electric cars should replace them. Do you agree or disagree?

Vehicles that
use
fossil fuels as a source of energy should be banned and replaced with those that
use
electricity. In my opinion, stopping the
use
of fossil fuels is beneficial to our environment and is
also
cost effective.
Hence
, I support the replacement of vehicles that burn fossil fuels with electric cars.
Firstly
, the environment is polluted when cars burn fossil fuels and
also
when mining. Cars emit gases that are harmful to our health.
For instance
, when inhaled, these gases coat our
lungs leading

lungs, leading
to difficulties in breathing. Some people may
also
develop long-term health problems
such
as asthma.
Moreover
, as more and more cars are being manufactured, the demand for fossil fuels will increase leading to over exploitation of the mines.
This
is harmful to the environment as the ground becomes weak and may collapse
hence
cannot be used for other human activities. The
use
of electric cars is cost friendly. There will be no need for petrol filling stations as electric cars will not need these fuels. People will not
use
their finances to purchase fuels as these vehicles require charging only. In conclusion, I support the replacement of all cars that burn fossil fuels with those that
use
electricity.
