Many people believe that in order to have clean and tidy streets in their neighbourhood this should be resident's responsibility's while others think it should be governments's duty. What is your opinion?

Having a clean and tidy surroundings is the responsibility of the people residing in those locations,
although
some people feel it is the major
duty
of the governments. In my opinion, I think a free from dirty street is the obligation of the people who domiciled in those areas. In
this
essay, I will be giving some salient opinion as to why I support that a clean streets in the
neighbourhood
should be the
duty
of the inhabitants.
Firstly
, for every individual who domiciled in an
environment
, it is their social responsibilities to ensure that their surroundings are kept clean at all time.
This
act is the contribution that every good citizen should cultivate as their contribution to the development of their
neighbourhood
.
This
obligation which is expected of every resident of a locality will maintain a balanced
environment
and improved ecosystem.
Furthermore
, a tidy up
neighbourhood
secures a healthy life. If all the people that domiciled in an
environment
pick up the
duty
of ensuring that the surrounding of their resident is kept clean,
this
will successively provide a good healthy lifestyle for the people.
Consequently
,
this
will save the people from unwanted illness which can arise
as a result
of unkempt surroundings and
also
save them the money to be spent when hospitalized.
In addition
to my opinion, I think that a well kept street will beautify the
environment
and attract educated people to stay in the
neighbourhood
which will
also
lead to the development of the locality.
