screens are generate harmful light to the eyes, the

harm your neck if you usually sat in front.

; your skin will get darker and dryer than the one who is not often using a

, your mental health will get worse if you usually stick with your

, you may have obesity, which is a disease

Moreover

mental illnesses is still not discovered by the scientists, some people believe that

, you may lose your connection with the world around you. In summary, if there are too many people are usually using computers,

is true to suggesting them to spend more time to care for their own life,
