letter to register a complaint about the misbehaviour of your employee at one of the Coffee shop in our city. I usually visit the Tim Hortons cafe, which is very close to my office location, in order to take a coffee and other snacks for that moment. On that day, somehow the shop is full of customers and on top of that, it's raining outside as well. While I am returning to my home from my workplace, I have gone to bring a cup of coffee since the weather is very cold. But the moment when I ordered a doughnut along with french vanilla, the staff member at the counter is not responding properly.

, the employee not treated me well in terms of payment mode with a credit card and it seems to me like a negligence behaviour. I am requesting you to take an immediate action against that employee, and probably need to replace that kind of people with a more polite natured staff member to mingle with a diverse people and to act
