this
 letter finds you well. I am writing to express about my dissatisfaction of the bus service number 382 located in the area 14. I am a regular customer on the bus, and I always was satisfied with the qualify of service.
However
, unfortunately the
last
 two weeks the bus was always behind schedule.
In addition
, the hygiene in the bus gone worse, I am always noticing plastic bottles and tissue on the bus floor and under the seats causing a bad smell. The unreliability of the bus is truly affecting my schedule. Due to the driver's lateness, I have arrived late to work four times for the past two weeks.
Also
, the bus ride is becoming uncomfortable with all the garbage and the smell. I really appreciate if you can solve
this
 problem and I request that you do all

 possible to return the service quality of the bus the way it was previously
