Nowadays the rapid increase of online shopping has led many to a believe that physical retail stores are doomed to failure. I disagree with that viewpoint, given retail locations provide an experience unmatched by websites and allow for customers to have access to their products

 the exact moment of the purchase. The continuous rise of malls around the country is a clear demonstration of the love customers nourish towards the experience of shopping. Families usually enjoy spending their weekends walking through the corridors of commercial

If physical retail stores disappeared, these communities would face a shortage of leisure options, which could lead to money being spent outside of the municipal area, affecting the local economy and employment rates. Another disadvantage of shopping through online companies is the fact customers cannot have immediate

 of the item they bought, due to the need to ship the product from elsewhere, most likely another state.

, while shopping at Amazon’s website, it is not uncommon to see shipping schedules that demand over one month of waiting. To tackle

 the convenience of immediate access to the purchase is not feasible. In conclusion, I believe retail locations around the country still have a bright future ahead, due to the leisure aspect of going out to shop and the convenience of having purchased products in hand the moment you leave the store.
