accidents are one of the major concerns of many countries. Few people believe that restricted speed

will result in increase of

safety

, while others believe that there are various ways to develop. In my opinion, I strongly believe that rather than focusing on speed

they are more ways to

issue.

essay will discuss both the sides of the argument in detail and support my stand. On one side of the hand, it is irrefutable fact that speed

can be beneficial to curb down the incidents of

. The main reason to impose

rule is to control the reckless drivers in order to decline the number of accidents. Because, many teenagers are irresponsible in following the speed
