Centric development motivates people to live there even though life is struggling. To give you existing example, Mumbai is one of the densely populated cities around the world and

because Mumbai is the financial, commercial and entertainment capital of India.

it is obvious that every citizen of the country would like to set up their business and live in that city, which results in

. To overcome the problem of

in metro cities, government should provide basic needs, better infrastructure throughout the country. They should provide better educational facilities by building college and universities.

, they should provide subsidies and give tax incentives to the industries to develop their business in different parts of the country.
