Dear Mr Sipmson, I am writing to apologise for the constant howling of my

. I know it is been going on for a while, but I am trying to solve the situation as fast as I can. Two weeks ago, unfortunately, my

was hit by a car. He has got injuries all over his body and when he tries to move it is very painful for him and he starts to cry inconsolably.

most people think to take higher education is important for all student especially students with financial problem, the government also should make regulation for the youth from middle lower income family have access to university. In this essay I agree with all student can get access to university. However, students with good economic background should pay for it.
