I hope you are doing great today?
I am writing to respond to your

letter, seeking my advice on whether to take get a job in other to urgently meet up with
your daily and family demands, or go to college for a degree.
As childhood friends, we have always helped one another on many occasions, especially where tough decisions like Change preposition

I want you to get the student loan that was introduced by the new government to help you through the three years of studies. This
will eliminate the burden from your family as they will not bear the tuition cost. Once you graduate, your support for them can be endless because you are likely to change from one job to another based on your preference or higher pay.
My life has never been the same since I graduated and I believe it can be same
for you. I hope you won't trash my suggestions.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
