 believe the libraries should be kept and well maintained because some old books and articles only available in certain libraries while newer books available electronically. In my opinion libraries should be kept while the technology evolve as there will be some percentage of community that still prefer it over the digital reading, so that everyone can benefit from reading regardless of the medium they use.
