I, personally agree with the notion that rich people can play a crucial role in uplifting the condition of poor people because of mainly two main reasons; firstly, they are capable of doing various charitable works. Nowadays the rate of emigration has increased significantly and knowing a foreign language plays an important role in that. Honestly, I believe the differences between main languages are so important and maybe can cause many huge problems and put migrators in bad troubles.
